2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are shown in INR by default and include applicable taxes.
  • An order is confirmed only after we receive payment in full.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing or stock errors.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship pan-India via our partnered logistics providers.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and conditions.
  • Once shipped, tracking details are sent over email and WhatsApp.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Privacy

  • Personal data you share with us is used only to fulfil your order and improve your experience.
  • We never sell your data to third parties.
  • You can request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support.
